The NewStream Mobile DVR (NS 5895) is the high-performance, four channel embedded device for the remote network video surveillance in the vehicle monitoring applications. The device, which combines with NewStream’s core technologies and expertise, can be directly transmit the digital video image to the surveillance center through the 3G IP network.  The advantage of the Mobile DVR is to transmit the clear and smooth video through 3G wireless network by combining technologies of the H.264 main profile compression algorithm, dual-stream and VoIP (SIP) unified communications standard protocol.  Also the device is user-friendly, which can be widely applied in trains, subway, buses, police cars, school buses and other vehicle or mobile video surveillance.

Functions:

1.Support for 3G Wireless Network Module Transmission

 

Built-in 3G (WCDMA or EVDO ) wireless network module to make the wireless transmission of real-time video images to the monitoring center.

2. Clear Video Compression and Dual Streaming Design

 

Our improved video compression method of the high efficiency H.264 main profile algorithm significantly reduces the demand for bandwidth and storage space to about 30-50% still to keep the good video quality.  The design of the device has the feature of video dual-stream, the first high-definition video signals (D1 video resolution) for the local video storage (hard driver or flash memory of the mobile DVR), which can be download to PCs and mobile phones for playback; another lower-definition video signals (Cif video resolution) for wireless network transmission to user’s PC or mobile phones in real time .

3. Video Recode Function

 

A 2.5-inch low-speed HDD / SSD hard drive (SATA interface, FAT32, EXT3 format Low-speed: 5400), which is installed inside and used for a long time of video recording in the conditions of video motion detection, regular video recording, event triggered alarm video recording. The content of the video record can be remote playback. The same time, the record of vehicle driving state line can be playback to analysis with the video in the same document

4. Alarm Linkage Function

 

The multi-alarms can be triggered by the motion detection, the video loss and linkage with external alarm devices. These alarm triggers can be recorded and also be transmitted through 3G wireless network . The intelligent analysis module from other suppliers, such as the perimeter intrusion, detection of suspicious objects, object missing detection , number of statistics and other functions, can be linked to the device as a type of the alarm trigger.

5. www.Cooview.com Service Platform

 

We supply the www.cooview.com as the monitoring service platform, a type of “Cloud Computing service”, by which users can register the mobile DVR to the service platform, and create a user’s account to manage the devices such as remotely control, settings, add and delete devices , and to monitor the real time video through the 3G wireless network by using PC and mobile phone in anywhere and anytime.  The users can protect for data security by using the function of the multiple level user password and right. The capability of the service platform can carry on tens of thousands of the mobile DVR.
