Viewing video on a handset and PC in network becomes reality

    Dual streaming: One stream of high quality video is transmitted for local  area network

 for high definition storage, while another low bit-rate stream is sent to internet or mobile

 CDMA/GPRS network (32-512kbps).  This guarantees a high quality video storage and

 real time network viewing anytime.
