  3G Wireless Car MDVR, which is connected infrared PTZ speed dome to  capturecar video by showing in the car LED screen, encodes dual video streams, such as main stream and sub stream.  The main video stream, which normal has higher resolution with higher video bandwidth, is used for the local video storage, while the sub-stream, which normal has lower resolution with less bandwidth, is used for   3G wireless transmission to send the real time video to the monitoring center.      By using Newstream 3G wireless security product, the real time video can be transmitted clearly and smoothly in the low bandwidth (100kbps-150kbps) 3G wireless environment.
